VARSITY: Entyvio® (vedolizumab) vs adalimumab for moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis (UC)

VARSITY is the first head-to-head trial evaluating the efficacy and safety of Entyvio^® with adalimumab in patients with moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis (UC). Enrolled patients had failed conventional therapies and were either biologic-naïve or had failed an anti-TNFα inhibitor.¹
