Vedolizumab Clinical Decision Support Tool (VDZ-CDST) in Crohn’s disease (CD)
The VDZ-CDST in CD aims to address the need for high-quality clinical decision models in Croh’s disease (CD). The VDZ-CDST in CD was developed based on clinical study (GEMINI 2) and real-life (VICTORY Consortium) data from patients with CD receiving Entyvio® (vedolizumab). The primary goal was to develop and validate a prediction model for clinical remission (CREM)* with Entyvio® in patients with active CD.1
View the vignette below to explore the role of the VDZ-CDST in CD for the identification of patients with potential probability of responding to 26 weeks of Entyvio® therapy.

*Three definitions of CREM were used: 1) CREM after 26 weeks of Entyvio® therapy; 2) corticosteroid free remission after 26 weeks for patients receiving corticosteroids at baseline; 3) sustained CREM through 52 weeks of Entyvio®.1
